should I feel bad

Hi ladies so I have a question..I have plans tonight to go out with some friends. My sons dad and my mom will stay with him while I go out..my son is a little fussy since he is teething slightly but I'm always with him and sometimes I feel like his dad needs to understand how to be able to calm him down as well. My mom always makes me feel bad about going out...should I feel bad?
