sharp pains ?!?

I'm 10 weeks today and I keep feeling some sharp pains in my cheats back and belly area almost feel like I'm having a heart attack what could it be ???

It definitely sounds like bad heart burn.. I was having really, really bad chest pains to the point that I thought I was having a heart attack.. I don't even know what it feels like to have a heart attack but I would imagine it feels like this! Heart burn generally gets worse during pregnancy and you may continue to have it throughout the entire pregnancy.. Talk to your doctor and see if they can prescribe you some Zantac or if you can buy some over the counter! I feel for you and hope you get some relief!!!!
