my husband is sleeping on the couch by choice randomly every week. is he cheating on me ?

I have huge trust issues. I've been cheated on every relationship I've had so anything odd will alarm me to think bad, my husband is one of those rocks when he sleeps and sometimes he will fall asleep when he is watching tv and I won't bother getting him up. Recently, he has been choosing to sleep on the couch? I flipped out the 1st time but I didn't act much like it. He was awake, we were going to bed and he chose to sleep on the couch..
I was like umm okay ? That's weird. Why? I say weird because before we got married ( he always showers every morning never will shower twice) he was coming home and jumping straight in the shower every now and then and Instantly will think the worst. s I tried just asking why and he jumped to defense.... he knew he can't come home and shower without me questioning so is this why he is choosing to sleep on the couch? He is acting weird...
He offends me a lot to put me down, but will bring me stuffed animals everyday this past few days. We went to go watch a movie had 2 drinks when it came to bed time he made the excuse that "you say I stink so I'm gonna go sleep on the couch" I was like wait what? Wtf? Are you serious !? Wtf !? He was like yeah ... when the fjjuckb did I say that ? He was like it's just so you can leave me alone..the 1st time he did it his excuse was "you told me go do something so I didn't" i asked you to come to bed with me ? Lol and apperantly that was his reason to sleep away from me... today out of no where too from being in the room he walks out and now  he is  sleeping on the couch... what the actual fuck? Do I just have horrible trust issues and am thinking the worst or am I tripping?

I dunno...I can see how it would seem super sketchy. But some nights I choose to sleep on the couch too, mostly because I sometimes just sleep better. It's almost like my body just needs a different place to sleep to reset or something. If I have a bad night or two of sleep I will usually sleep on the couch the next night. 
Now, him telling you different reasons for sleeping on the couch is odd though. You really just need to talk to him. 
And I wouldn't necessarily worry about the showers, some days I don't shower at all, and some days I shower twice. Sometimes it's just nice to wash away the work day in a hot shower. 
The only way you are going to get answers is by talking to him, and if he doesn't give you straight answers, then I would start thinking something else is up.

I was going to say sometimes my DH sleeps on the couch but if he plans on staying up later then me he will do that so he won't wake me because he likes to fall asleep watching tv. So that part doesn't really seem sketch to me but the way you say he is talking and responding to you seems odd. If i know anything though sometimes you just have to confront and talk about it! No sense in making yourself go crazy without knowing the favts

Something definitely isn't right. You say brings you stuffed animals ? If he doesn't do that normally that's a sign of cheating. Either he's mentally doing it or physically. A big change in habits is always cause for concern. If he isn't cheating something is still up. Talk to him , my husband says he has a hard time opening up to me. I asked him why and he said he doesn't know he's "trying to keep up his manly-ness" but it's aggravating. Eventually I'll get it out of him lol. Just talk to him, tell him you're concerned and don't accuse him of anything. Just ask him if he has anything weighing on his mind.
