Paraguard IUD - Acne
Any of you girlies experience more breakouts after inserting the Paraguard IUD? I inserted mine in September '16 and had heavy breakouts since then. Sometimes they fluctuate but lately I've been able to calm the breakouts a bit more by changing my diet, skin care routine, taking vitamins... no picking etc.
If I'm careless the breakouts are as bad as before but I remember my skin being under control without the IUD.
Was wondering if anyone else experienced an influx in breakouts with the IUD and if there's anything to control it?
