I was a smoker and plan on trying to breastfeed but I will not smoke while doing it my baby doesn't have a say in what goes into her system that's on me to protect her from those things just like you wouldn't breastfeed right after drinking but weed stays in your system much longer than alcohol. I wont even let anyone smoke cigarettes around her when she's born considering I went through quitting smoking cigarettes while pregnant to give her a better life
