Is anyone suffering trapped wind pain?

I've been getting what I thought were horrendous stomach cramps and massively worried, only to find shortly after "releasing wind" I feel better. My stomach is making some blizzard noises. It's driving me crazy because I keep thinking there's something wrong....and it's just "digestive discomfort"
