miscarriage

so I'm 14w5d and I was pregnant with twins. a few days ago I lost this large amount of mucus with blood. now 3 days later I delivered one twin at home and twin b has a small chance of survival. has anyone ever been through this or know someone who has? I'm still in shock that I delivered my poor baby at home. me and my husband are trying to stay strong for our one remaining baby.
