how does a lazy girl stay fit?!?
Help! Prior to pregnancy I wasn't fit by any means but not terrible, 5'5" and 148lbs. I am 13 weeks and haven't gained anything, which I am not worried about. What I am worried about is how I can attempt to be fit (ish) and healthy throughout my pregnancy. Prior to pregnancy I barely worked out and my nutrition was pretty bad; I like salty food and lots of it. I know I need to be better but don't know where to start. I openly admit that I am lazy and unorganized, being pregnant hasn't helped! I have a somewhat active job (autism behavior therapist) which can be draining at times, once I'm home I usually crash on the couch. Can anyone help me with a very simple plan for healthy eating on the go and simple workout suggestions. I'm worried I will look like a cow come 9 months, yikes!!!
