back pain at work 😤😫😨

I'm at work right now taking one of my many breaks bc my back is killing me ! I'm a sales women and I stand all day I move around to help my legs and back but since yesterday my upper back feels like someone threw a fucking bowling ball at it. I just want to go home and lay down but I can't !!! It's 425 I get off at 7pm 😞 I'm 6 weeks btw and I need back pain relief suggestions !!!! ( will this job harm my little embryo baby ?)
