HSG on my blocked right tube

Hey ladies so I had an ectopic a month ago and lost my left tube.😢 He didn't even try to save my tube or give me other options. We were so vulnerable with losing our baby that we just accepted it. Just had a check up with my doctor and he said my right tube is blocked too and IVF is the only way of conceiving he didn't even tell me other options or even tell me about tube recanalization I heard. I brought up an HSG test as well I heard it helps to clear out tube sometimes and chances of having a baby the first 3 months is a high chance I just don't know how badly blocked and bad my right tube is. I am now taking serrapeptase and Xi Xian Cao tea to try to unblock my tube naturally as welll. Anyone else been in this situation and give me some hope that I can have a baby we have been trying for a year already and hoping IVF isn't the only way..
