Not sure how my fwb feels

So I've been having a friend with benefits situation with a close friend of mine for about 3 months now. Normally we just hang out have sex and go our own way but lately he has been calling me daily and our talks have been 8 to 9 hours long. We typically leave kissing and other emotional stuff out but the other night he kissed me and it was very passionate. I asked why and he said it felt right. I'm just not sure what he wants and I need help reading him. I've tried talking about it with him but he doesn't like to talk about his feelings. Help please!!
