stopped producing as much breast milk?

So I was producing a lot of breast milk. I would pump and get about 3-4 ounces of milk from each breast. I gave birth on March 1st and my milk came in about 4 days later. Now i can barley get an ounce from either boob. This just started happening today. I also have barely ate anything (literally only had a pear today and last meal I had was around noon.) this is because I'm pretty sick. Also I know it's possible that if you stop breast feeding as much and pump more you could stop producing so much or even at all. So does anyone know what this could be from??
