Anyone else experience right sided jaw/neck pain?

I also had some tingling on my face and back of arm. Spoke to the nurse yesterday who told me it sounded like a pulled muscle or baby sitting on a nerve but my anxiety and hypochondria is getting the best of me so I of course think worse case scenario (blood clot, heart attack, infection 😳). 
 
If anyone else has experienced this please let me know!
