ER visit 😥

So this morning around 5 am I had mild cramps so I was worried and went to check if I was bleeding I wasn't so I wasn't too worried. Around 7am I was getting ready for work and I noticed I had brown with red blood on the paper. So I panicked and I called out and went to the ER. They did blood work and an ultra sound. The doctors said i am 5 weeks and 4 days but I am measuring a week behind and that it is possible that I am having another miscarriage. 😥😥 I looked at my results online just now and I realized that my HCG is 1179 and that they saw a tiny heartbeat in the ultrasound.... idk what to do or what to think I am in a million pieces!! My boyfriend is not even here right now to hug me and cry with me.. has anyone ever gone through this and everything was okay?? I keep spotting and it hasn't gotten any heavier... my stomach just feels like I'm on my period (bloated, light cramps,gasy).... ??? 💔💔💔💔💔💔
