Cramps and stomach pain??

For like 2 weeks straight I have been having cramps that feel like AF cramps, but no AF. They switch sides. I also get some pretty strong stomach pains that come and go. I also have awful head pains that come and go as well as heart like almkst 24/7. Anyone else ever have anything like this? It very uncomfortable and I'm starting to be a bit miserable.
