I usually take my pill at 7pm every night , well when u turn ur clocks an hour forward will it affect me taking the pill ? Because if u turn ur clocks an hour forward it will say 7 but its actually 6 before the time change and when its 8 itll be 7 before the time change so do i still take it at 7 or take it at 8 which would of been 7 if there was no time change ? Help please
