A newbie in search of wisdom

My name is Claire, I'm 13 years old, and on the the last Friday in February this year (2017), I got my first period. I'm just looking for some advice for the long road ahead of me. And kind, from mood to what helps and doesn't, even to sex, (I'm very active, though I haven't technically lost my virginity to a guy yet) any type of advice, big or small will do. Also, does anyone know if there's any setting for first timers? Just wondering. ❤
