Yeast infection and auto immune.
My doctor wrongly diagnosed me with bacterial vaginosis without an exam. When I went to the sexual health center for my yearly exam they swabbed and it was actually a yeast infection. The doctor told me I should get monistat instead of the pill so I did.
I used one dose and it BURNED so bad that I couldn't lay down or sleep. I used it before but the formula must have changed because it was extremely painful. I had to go in the shower to get it out.
Im kind of scared to take the pill now because I can't wash it off the inside of my stomach. Has anybody had a bad experience with monistat and a good one with the pill? Or is there anything else that might help?
