Now that pot is becoming legal in a significant amount of states, should work places have the right to terminate/base employment on a THC drug test in the states where it IS legal?

Poll question: So if I live in a legalized state, and I am employed, should they be able to fire me for smoking pot on my own personal time? Even if it doesn't affect my work ability?
