Weight watchers? Does it work?

Does anyone know if the new weight watchers program works? I've done in the past and it worked but I just don't like how you can basically eat anything it just has a point value. Like I feel like I'm basically eating the same stuff I'm trying to eat healthier and I'm eating a tiny bit less than I did before. I'm exercising. I just started the program again and it's a little different I'm wondering if anyone has had success lately?
