Smoked sprats (sardines) while pregnant?

I am posting this in general ttc becaude I feel like you ttc ladies know more about pregnancy than a lot of pregnant women. :) I usually eat canned smoked sprats every single day. I am wondering if anybody knows if they are safe to eat during pregnancy? Information online has been really wishywashy
