it hurts😠HELP.
I have a clogged duct and I can barely move because how bad it hurts. It's been going on for three days now but usually at the end of the day I can get it out. Today I'm going to bed in pain. I've tried showering letting hot water hit and hand expressing, heating pad, pumping, making my LO eat off that side. NOTHING IS WORKING. Am I missing anything else😥 I'm desperateðŸ˜ðŸ˜
