TMI 6 weeks discharge normal??

So this is what my discharge has been looking like at 6weeks. I've been having some cramping so I called my OB. They said it's normal and nothing to worry about.. This is my first kid and I am worried. My sister had a miscarriage and said it started exactly like this. They refused to have me come in for ultrasound or even blood work!!! I'm pissed
