7 weeks hardly any symptoms-scared

So I go in for my first scan today. I'm so freaked out as I'm sure 100% of women are in the first 12 weeks when those high misscarriage rates go done. I'm scared they won't find anything in the scan! I've had sore breast/nipples and I'm always a little tired anyways, but a little tired, and I'm a gassy/bloaty person normal. I fit some IBS. So wondering if that's my normal stomach issues or pregnancy. I burped a lot. Like a lot the 5th week then it stopped. I don't really have any other symptoms at 7 weeks. Anyone else like this? :-(
