Father in law said im worthless 😞

So sat my parents had a yard sale and my hubby was helping put everything back in the garage he said he would do it cuz it was heavy things.. Later i saw some text that my in-law send his wife saying that i didn't even work to pick up a shoe,he said in Spanish which sounded worst.and that i was always with my hubby and thst i didnt let him to talk to his son! I was crying i deal with anxiety and get depressed easily and have very low self-esteem,so when somebody says im worthless it affects me so much. He is paraplegic and i go with him to all his doctor appointments i order his medicine and pick it up i translate everything for him and he said s im worthless! My dad changes his diaper and he lives with my parents he does not pay anything! His family lives in another country so my parents and i and my hubby are the only ones who have helped him.he is so ungrateful i feel hate sadness i cant help it.oh and he is coming to live with us soon cuz my parents house is getting foreclosed. Im so overwhelmed i feel worthless like he saids
