Still no BFP

CD41 and 14DPO. No sign of AF, and no BFP. AF is (not) due today, but nothing yet. I'm starting to get discouraged. Sore boobs, mild almost unnoticeable cramps but that's it. Am I out this month? When should I go see a doctor?
