Sooo Confused!!

Sooo I might be just stuck in my own head and making a big deal out of nothing but..... some how my husband and I got on the conversation of when was the last time he jerked off, and he wouldn't answer the question, he did say it was after we got married but won't tell me when. To be clear it doesn't bother me if he has, but it bothers me that he won't tell me which makes me start to come up with all these reasons and scenarios (none of which are good), so tell me am I overthinking this and leave it be or confront the situation???
