That's a blood clot. I get them most periods and it's fairly normal. As long as you're not in a world of pain you'll be fine

I honestly wouldn't be worried. I think it is just a peice of the lining in your uterus. It used to happen to me all the time before I got put on birth control. But if you feel more comfortable getting confirmation from a doctor by all mean go see one. 😊
