PCOS & 1st FET Failed- Seeking Advice

Hi all,
My husband and I learned yesterday that our first FET failed. I am 28 with PCOS, he is 31 with no problems. We completed our fresh IVF/ICSI cycle in January and it was a freeze-all due to the fact that I had 81 eggs collected and developed a mild case of OHSS. 22 of those eggs went on to become day 5 and 6 blasts, all AA, AB, or BA. We chose to forego PGD due to me being young and healthy and because we have so many. I am wondering if this was a mistake.
On March 2, we transferred two (one hatching and one expanded/just started hatching) blasts and were told we had upwards of an 80% chance of conceiving. My beta came back yesterday at less than 2. Devastated is an understatement. I know it's only our first transfer, but our hopes were so high (as I know everyone's are when they go through IVF) and we honestly thought it would just work. I did come down with a bad chest cold (still coughing now) the day of the transfer, and I am wondering if a comprised immune system had an effect on them being able to implant.
Anyways, I would love some advice on questions to ask our RE at our follow-up appointment tomorrow. I can't help thinking the problem is with me, but am not sure if that's rational as I don't know how PCOS hormones may affect implantation. Thank you in advance to anyone who can relate to my situation and help me understand what to do differently next time and how to move forward. 💕
