Second ectopic

I feel like shit! I feel like my body cant do anything right! I passed out and woke up in extreme pain and was rushed to hospital. Found out I'm having another ectopic on same right side. I had an ectopic back in October 2016. This is my 1st time being pregnant again since then. I will be having emergency surgery because they see fluid in my stomach which makes them think my tube ruptured this time. So with the next hour or shorter ill be having my tube and the ectopic pregnancy removed. How unlucky can i be 2 in a row. I just keep crying and crying and really just hating everything about my body right now.
