It is and that's beautiful. I pole dance . A lot people look down on it or assume I'm a stripper. It's amazing workout and never felt so alive as I do when I'm on. It keeps me in shape and challenges me.

My biggest joy and what fills my heart the most is when I take my children to do things and they say thank you and I can hear their genuine excitement! That feeling keeps me going strong 💪

I'm compassionate with myself. I train every day and do yoga most days. I give myself permission to not be a people pleaser and to say no to doing things I'm not comfortable with or don't want to do.

Every Sunday my fiance and I unwind and do 2 facial masks and watch a movie. I like going shopping with him for our Sunday masks. It's really fun to explain what the different ingredients do and watch him decide which he wants to use. That's our special time.
