Sooo confused!!!! Anyone please help!!

I took this test yesterday morning and got this vvfl. I was having some serious pain yesterday on my right ovary so I went to the doctor. She gave me medicine and a preg test that came up beg but sent me to the we anyway to rule out tubal pregnancy. Went to er where their test was also negative... Not sure what's going on... Symptoms... Very sore breasts, nausea, constipation, bloating... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Supposed to start af today so far no signs of it..
