Too young for a baby

So my husband and I will be married a year on May 22, 2017. We both have birthdays in April and will be 19 and 21. I feel like over the past year we've grown closer and have over come many obstacles and are financially stable enough to start a family. His family is completely supportive of having children young and mine is totally against it. Do you think we are too young to start a family?
