stopped feeling pregnant?

Hi all, I'm 6w5d and all my pregnancy symptoms somehow stopped. Soreness in boobs is less, way fewer or no cramps, and never had any nausea. Has this happened to anyone and who still had a successful pregnancy? My first ultrasound isn't until March 27 when I'm 9 weeks along and I'm scared something has gone wrong. No spotting at all though and all the pregnancy tests I've taken have been strong positives.

I'm 6w4d and my first ultrasound is on the 27th as well. I'm the same way also......I have took over 10 test just to be sure.

I never had any symptoms with my first and he is a happy healthy little boy!

It's perfectly normal for them to come and go... some days I go without them. Other days they come back super bad... every day is different. Toward 8-10 weeks they say your symptoms can start to go away all together... so don't worry

I am 7 weeks 5 days and this happened to me about three days ago, I panicked and called my doctor. I was scanning Glow for people with the same story who had healthy pregnancys. And BOOM! Two days later my sickness is back. Not as strong but it's there and now I wish I made the most of when I felt ok. You'll be ok, and this is probably what happening to you too. Take it easy and think positively. Xxxx❤

My breasts stopped hurting around 7 weeks, only be replaced by morning sickness! So totally normal, things come and go all the time

That's totally normal. Try not to worry! I'm sure some of those lovely symptoms will come back. :)

I am 6 weeks 4 days and I haven't had any symptoms and no bump. This was the same for my first child. I didn't even know I was pregnant with him until the blood work since I kept testing negative.

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days today. Last week at 6 weeks my symptoms dissipated but it came back yesterday — I was nauseous like never before and likewise, this morning. Don't stress too much — I know it's hard, but just because you don't have symptoms doesn't mean your baby isn't growing! :)
