Measuring over 3 weeks ahead...36 weeks pregnant.

Has anyone been induced because baby was measuring over 3 weeks ahead? Her head was measuring at almost 40 weeks and we are only just barely 36 weeks. The rest of her body was measuring at 38-39 weeks and was weighing at 7 and half pounds.

My doctor mentioned to keep the idea of inducing early on the back burner since she's so big and I'm so small.

* please no hate comments. I'm already stressed out to begin with. I've been being monitored for high blood pressure so inducement was already a concern. I am being seen often to watch for preeclampsia. I just wasn't expecting this on top of it.

I just want to know if anyone's experienced anything close to what I'm explaining and what happened.

I see my doctor again Thursday and will ask more questions then.
