I have just drank a cup of peppermint tea and then read online that it's not safe?!

Is this true?

I'm 21 weeks pregnant.

The only time I recall being told it was a good idea was at the very end of pregnancy and if you're nursing because peppermint dries up milk supply.

I basically lived on peppermint tea i my first two trimester. It's completely safe. It's on the safe tea list.
