cereal, carbs, what I'm eating
So I feel like I'm having such a hard time dealing with the fact that all I want is CARBS. Like, all the time. Meat, veggies, eggs, basically everything good for you ( other than fruit) I can't stand.
I want to eat well for myself and the baby. I'm 7 weeks and a few days. I wasn't the skinniest when I became pregnant but I'm not overweight either. But I can't stop eating carbs.
I hope the second trimester opens my eating options so I can try to eat salads and lots of protein.
It's just so hard right now :(
Anyone have any healthy meal/snack ideas they're able to stomach?
