I did at 4 weeks pp but it was uncomfortable so I waited until 5 weeks pp and it was better still not 100% tho

Had a c section. So down there isn't sore or bruised. I did at 3 1/2 weeks pp. only for a few mins cause I know my cervix might not be completely closed. No issues yet.

I'm 3weeks pp today and still waiting. Bleeding has stopped but down there is literally a giant bruise 😭 the wait is torture
