Stroller recommendations

I'm looking for stroller recommendations. I had a Chicco travel system stroller and a chicco cortina together double stroller. Not impressed with either. Way to heavy and takes up to much room. I'm looking for recommendations on a lighter or light weight stroller for a infant and that compacts to being smaller. Bassinet feature would be great and modern look also. Don't want to spend more then $200 tops. Dose not have to fit a car seat as long as it can accommodate a infant with out. Please help this momma out
