Hi everyone, I just have a general question. I found out super early I was pregnant, a full blown positive, both digital and not, a full week before my period was due. My doc was obviously concerned and being cautious so she had me go in four times for my hcg, the results were 30,84,298,999... every other day. My question is, does hcg tell you anything other than the fact that a baby is there and growing? Some friends have joked twins since it's more than tripling every two days, and some have said maybe I'm farther along than I thought( the 999 was on 4 weeks exactly) so I'm just curious. Everything I've looked up for hcg levels around 4/5 weeks is quite a bit lower than where mine are at, so of course I'm curious! If anyone can give some insight let me know!!
