what's going on?!

Last week I had rough sex with a guy who was large, he stretched me and left me swollen for a couple of days.. I then had sex again, and he put his fingers in my ass and then in my vagina. Fast forward a week, I'm ovulating.. so I have creamy discharge (that's normal, right?) but I also have a bit of pain in my vagina, obvious thrush that was fine until I started having pains in my pelvic area, and i need to pee at least once an hour (I usually go 2-3 times a day) my backs been sore for a couple of days too ...  I honestly don't know what's going on , is ovulation cramps a thing? Have I got a uti + thrush .. is that possiable , is it something else? ... help
