7w5d breast tenderness...
First pregnancy. I know breast tenderness is very common but my nipples have been so sore lately too... just started in the past week or so. Anyone have a soothing remedy or is this just the way it is? Wondering if something like coconut oil is worth a try? Or is it too soon to use something like nipple butter?
