nausea and indigestion
So far I've experienced mild nausea and killer indigestion. Unfortunately it seems that eating fatty foods seem to work well with my stomach. Bummed bc I would prefer to eat healthier foods.
When does nausea and indigestion peak? I heard that woman who do not experience motion sickness are less likely to suffer from morning sickness. For me it seems around 6 weeks ms was horrible but now has died down.
I was also told that you shouldn't worry what you eat in the first trimester (from ms) only keep eating what you can hold down. I read that at this point the baby does not need much nutrients from you in the first trimester.
