20 weeks pink discharge?!

I am 20+2 and so far I've had no bleeding or funny discharge. I just went to the restroom and had a pretty dark pink discharge when I wiped?! I'm freaking out! My OB office is awful about sending me straight to ER with any concerns, no matter how minor, so it's pretty pointless to call them. Should I go in? Is it normal? It wasn't a ton, I've just never bled with pregnancy before!!
