Spitting up?

Anyone else have a baby that is constantly spitting up? My daughter is 10 days old and would not latch no matter what I tried so we had to give her formula because she simply wasn't getting enough to eat. Once my milk came in all the way I started pumping and bottle feeding her that but still having to supplement with some formula, I'm using the similac sensitive right now. It doesn't seem to make a difference between the breastmilk or the formula she will spit up with both. I always burp her after feeding and try to keep her positioned somewhat upright but as soon as I lay her down to change her or put her to sleep she starts squirming around and making horrible faces and then spits up (sometimes a lot and sometimes just a little). Other then that she is an extremely content baby and hardly ever cries. Anyone have the same problem? Suggestions?
