I think af is coming

I woke up this morning went to washroom after then seeing some clots of blood which is not alot but enough to make me think that it's coming . I had terrible cramps yesterday at work which I have never felt before . Took my temp yesterday it was 36.4 took it today 36.8 so I don't know what to really think . Went to the doctor a couple weeks ago and found out that I had small fibroid which sometimes burst unexpectedly and that causes me to spot so as of now I am thinking that I am spotting and that is the fibroid which are passing out . There is no actual flow it's just only when I wipe and my Af is not suppose to come not till the 20 so I really don't know what to think . I don't want to stress to much about it but maybe I can get some answers from on here with u ladies if anyone of u have experienced that before . Sorry for the long message
