Help or Suggestions Please!!!

I am currently on CD 36 and I'm 17 DPO according to my glow chart. I'm also 4 days late. I took a test just a few minutes ago so it's not using morning pee and it was negative. The only symptoms I have are fatigue, dry mouth constantly thirsty and last Friday I started developing a runny nose. Today I have some really dark cm only when I wipe. (TMI I know) normally when I start the first day or so I have a little bit of light brown cm and slight cramps. Any suggestions??? I want to be hopeful that this is the month but I'm afraid it's not.
