I have a doctor appointment tomorrow but I'm just curious what you guys think I might have.
I've been having serious troubles sleeping, my ears are ringing I have vertigoes, lightheadness and feel like fainting if I don't eat for a while. I'm always hungry but I'm losing weight for no reason at all
