How did everybody find out/know they were pregnant with twins?

I just found out today I'm having twins?. I'm 6 weeks. Been having a bit of bleeding so went for scan. This is baby 2 & 3 scary!!!

I don't think there is a true way to find out for sure until your first ultrasound. Good luck!!

I had an early scan as I felt that my symptoms changed at around 8 weeks. That's how we found out. I also had implantation pains on right and left side of uterus a day apart.
