Lower back pain
Have any of you had intense lower back pain when sitting the wrong way or laying the wrong way and you try to get up and it's a shooting pain? It seems to be more toward the left side, but as low as my tail bone. I am 10 weeks on Friday. I'm not sure if this is normal?
